We are inviting you to become a sponsor of TEAM DOWN ONE as we participate in the LIVESTRONG Challenge to be held in Philadelphia, PA Aug 24, 2008. The LIVESTRONG Challenge is the signature fundraising initiative of the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF). The LAF serves its mission through advocacy, public health and research. Team DOWN ONE's mission is to raise money for the Lance Armstrong Foundation (LAF), get people involved in the fight against cancer and provide hope to all cancer survivors. In 2007, we raised over $22,000 and this year our team goal is to raise $30,000 for the Lance Armstrong Foundation.
All sponsorships will be in form of a donation directly to the Lance Armstrong Foundation, in HONOR of cancer survivor and Team DOWN ONE Captain Brian Dowd of Beachwood, NJ 08722. Participant ID: 135306332. The Lance Armstrong Foundation Events Tax ID number is 20-4232365.
